BEFORE YOU GRIND

The fastest route depends on the match.

A busy medic run, a supplied FOB, a full helicopter. Start where your team needs work done, then measure the XP you actually get.

Check your XP rate

Research checked 16 September 2026. Routes draw mostly on beta Reddit reports, with launch-era feedback and current community unlock tables. They are starting recommendations, not independently tested XP/hour rankings. Read the sources

ASSAULT XP / START HERE

Keep the rifle working.

Start with repeatable rifle fights near your squad. A kit you can replace is more useful for this grind than one expensive life.

  1. Use an assault rifle.

Reddit players identify rifle kills as the straightforward Assault route. Pick an affordable rifle you can control and carry spare magazines.

  2. Stay close enough to find fights.

Our suggestion: work a lane beside the active objective, with cover and teammates nearby. Reposition when the fight moves instead of waiting on an empty angle.

  3. Count the whole run.

Include rearming and travel in your time. Compare two short sessions with different positions before spending more on the gun.

Want Career levels too?

Carry binoculars and medical supplies. Players report spotting and healing teammates as ways to progress Recon and Medic during a rifle run. Those gains belong to the other roles.

Before you commit

Standing in the Hot Zone is not a confirmed passive Assault XP farm. In the launch discussion, passive XP was a player suggestion.

YOUR MATCHES / YOUR NUMBERS

Is this route actually faster?

Try a route for 15–30 minutes. Enter the Assault XP you gained and include loading, travel and respawns in the time. Compare runs from the same patch and similar match conditions.

Best saved Assault rate

A projection from your inputs, not a promised game payout. Short sessions and bonus events can skew the result.

CHASING CAREER LEVELS?

Leave room for a second job.

Players report leveling several roles in the same match: carry binoculars and bandages with a rifle, or pair driving and flying with FOB logistics. If one specific unlock is the goal, keep measuring that role separately.

What the sources actually say

Beta advice needs a date.

Keep the useful routines. Recheck level requirements, XP payouts and equipment availability in the current game. MetaForge also describes its action XP figures as community-tested values that may change.

That 5% bonus is cash.

Patch 0.11 announced a temporary 5% end-of-match cash bonus for community servers. It did not announce a 5% XP bonus. The same post states that spending more than a few minutes on XP-farming servers can result in a permanent ban.
