ASSAULT XP / START HERE
Keep the rifle working.
Start with repeatable rifle fights near your squad. A kit you can replace is more useful for this grind than one expensive life.
01
Use an assault rifle.
Reddit players identify rifle kills as the straightforward Assault route. Pick an affordable rifle you can control and carry spare magazines.
02
Stay close enough to find fights.
Our suggestion: work a lane beside the active objective, with cover and teammates nearby. Reposition when the fight moves instead of waiting on an empty angle.
03
Count the whole run.
Include rearming and travel in your time. Compare two short sessions with different positions before spending more on the gun.
Want Career levels too?
Carry binoculars and medical supplies. Players report spotting and healing teammates as ways to progress Recon and Medic during a rifle run. Those gains belong to the other roles.

Standing in the Hot Zone is not a confirmed passive Assault XP farm. In the launch discussion, passive XP was a player suggestion.

A busy infantry push gives you a reason to keep the medical kit out. Follow a group you can keep alive, then fight when nobody needs treatment.
01
Bring supplies for other players.
Community reports point to healing teammates as an early Medic route. Budget enough bandages to keep helping after treating yourself.
02
Work from cover.
Our suggestion: follow just behind the front line, check nearby casualties and treat people where you can survive the interaction. Running into the same firing lane adds another casualty.
03
Add revives as your kit improves.
Use the revive equipment you have available. Between treatments, SMG kills are another community-reported way to gain Medic XP.
A useful unlock path
The current community table lists the Field Resuscitator at level 2, Individual First Aid Kit at 9 and Defibrillator at 11. Plan for the unlock fee as well as buying the equipment.

Do not use self-healing alone as your leveling plan. The routes described by players center on treating and reviving teammates.

Construction and useful deliveries are the recurring Support recommendations. Start with a team that is building or using its emplacements.
01
Ask what the FOB needs.
Bring construction supplies to builders or ammunition to a working mortar / AA position. Players report better results when delivered supplies are actually being used.
02
Help finish the build.
Carry an available hammer and coordinate with the builder. Playtest reports describe helping complete higher-tier structures as a useful catch-up route.
03
Keep deliveries moving.
Alternate construction with the next needed supply run. If the FOB goes quiet, our suggestion is to find another active position instead of stockpiling blindly.
Prefer combat?
Players also report Support XP from shotgun kills and anti-vehicle work. This gives you another route when there is no useful construction job; older reports do not establish which is faster today.

Old hammer-level advice is inconsistent. The current database lists Medium Hammer at level 3 and Large Hammer at 8. Check the armory before planning a grind around a beta unlock.

Passenger demand can disappear when helicopters are everywhere. Supply runs give you another route; a well-placed mobile spawn is also worth checking.
01
Start with a needed journey.
Take waiting teammates toward the fight, or move a team spawn vehicle into a useful protected position when one is available. Players report XP from its use by teammates.
02
Switch to logistics when available.
Once you can use the URAL, deliver FOB supply pallets to builders who need them. The Driver discussion reports progress in both Driver and Support from logistics.
03
Time complete round trips.
Include loading, unloading and the drive back. Our suggestion: compare a shorter reliable route with a longer exposed one before chasing the biggest single payout.
Have a regular gunner?
An armed vehicle with a cooperative gunner is another beta-reported route. It depends on finding fights and surviving them; it is not a guaranteed upgrade over deliveries.

Pallets and supply crates are different. Also, the beta thread says URAL level 4; the current community table says level 3. Reports disagree about rewards for trips entirely inside the Control Zone.

Passenger transport and helicopter logistics are the main community routes. Choose the job your team actually needs rather than waiting with an empty aircraft.
01
Get comfortable landing first.
Our suggestion: practice takeoff, approach and landing before buying repeated live-match replacements. Lost aircraft and long resets count against your leveling time.
02
Work the passenger demand.
Beta players recommend transporting teammates toward the Control Zone and using safer drop-offs when the center is covered by AA. Check that your actual trip awards the intended XP.
03
Run supplies when seats stay empty.
Coordinate a delivery with an active FOB. Launch-era feedback also reports leveling Pilot and Support through helicopter logistics.
Pick the next aircraft for the job
The current database lists AH-6M [Miniguns] at level 4, Z20 Lakota at 10 and AH-6R [Rockets] at 20. A combat unlock does not, by itself, make the XP route faster.

Do not treat beta claims about crate multipliers or minutes per level as current payouts. Cargo type, route and match conditions need checking in your own session.

Try a route for 15–30 minutes. Enter the Assault XP you gained and include loading, travel and respawns in the time. Compare runs from the same patch and similar match conditions.

A projection from your inputs, not a promised game payout. Short sessions and bonus events can skew the result.
CHASING CAREER LEVELS?
Leave room for a second job.
Players report leveling several roles in the same match: carry binoculars and bandages with a rifle, or pair driving and flying with FOB logistics. If one specific unlock is the goal, keep measuring that role separately.
Keep the useful routines. Recheck level requirements, XP payouts and equipment availability in the current game. MetaForge also describes its action XP figures as community-tested values that may change.
Patch 0.11 announced a temporary 5% end-of-match cash bonus for community servers. It did not announce a 5% XP bonus. The same post states that spending more than a few minutes on XP-farming servers can result in a permanent ban.
